You may return new, unused items within seven days of delivery, for a refund.
We will also pay shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Personalised items are NOT returnable unless you receive and incorrect or defective item.
You should expect to receive a refund on our receipt of returned goods.
Manufacturing Policy
- It is our policy to only produce pottery which is suitable for everyday use.
- It is dishwasher and micro-wave safe.
- Our craft made kitchen range is hand glazed and therefore there will be colour variation in manufacture and kiln firing from one batch to another.
